Project status & limitations

Not a bank. CMP Bank is a demonstrative software product being presented for potential acquisition or licensing. It has no banking license, does not hold money, and does not issue actual accounts, IBANs or cards.

What is available

A public sales presentation and product walkthrough.
An interactive, browser-based demonstration using fictitious balances, transfers, cards and profiles.
A prototype React Native codebase and a separate PHP/MySQL staging foundation for technical review, not published on this site.
Design materials and software documentation subject to ownership and license verification.

What is not included or operational

No regulated banking, payments, electronic money, deposits or investment services.
No partner-issued bank accounts, real payment infrastructure or card schemes.
No claim of production-grade security, guaranteed regulatory approval, global eligibility or complete translations in the inherited app.
No guaranteed assignment of intellectual property without contract and due diligence.

Demo environment

All showcased transactions and account values are generated for illustration. Interactions are stored locally in your browser when browser storage is enabled. Do not enter personal identity, banking, payment card or sensitive information.

For investors and buyers

The project may be considered for licensing or acquisition following review of technical scope, rights, documentation and written terms. Request access to any private source code or staging system separately. The demo is not a promise that a licensed bank can be launched with these files alone.
