CMP TalentForge Nexus
CMP TalentForge Nexus organizes recruitment around positions, candidates and applications. A position retains its department and location; a candidate can participate in selection for a role without turning the profile into an employee record. Stages, interviews and evaluations support discussion of the decision in the same organizational context. The team can follow the candidate-to-position relationship instead of maintaining independent CV lists. Advanced recruitment, offers and the complete onboarding handoff are under development and require acceptance before commercial use.

Can it be enabled separately?
Yes. Platform administration manages organization activation and access grants. Disabling access preserves existing records.
Can it be tailored to an organization?
Custom projects and integrations are agreed separately through defined scope and contracts. They are not automatically included in standard access.
Is a native mobile app available?
The Android application connects Mail accounts, folders and messages to CMP services. It includes message reading, attachments, contacts, calendar and files, with protected local data and automatic synchronization. A compiled build is available for testing; advanced features and acceptance on the real infrastructure are still being completed.
